  • How to register?

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    For this event, we accept payment by credit card and wire transfer (to be paid within 30 days from registration).
  • How do I obtain a letter of invitation to apply for a travel visa?

    To request information for a letter of invitation for a visa – please email WPC@spglobal.com with the subject line "WPC 2025 - LETTER OF INVITATION”. 

    Payment must be completed prior to requesting visa letters.

  • I'm no longer able to attend. May I send someone else in my place?

    If you are no longer able to attend, we are happy to transfer your registration to a member of your organization at no cost, up to 2 business days in advance of the event. Requests must be received in writing via email to wpc@spglobal.com and are subject to approval.
  • Are there sponsorship opportunities?
