Senior Solution Consultant, Petroleum Supply Chain

From optimizing refinery economics to patenting chemical compositions to developing software solutions, Henry’s intellectual curiosity has led to a wide range of scientific and engineering activities. Henry has gained experiences in manufacturing, law, and technology to build up his expertise and help accelerate digital transformation.

He started his career at Chevron Phillips Chemical working in several engineering roles, ultimately facilitating the optimum hydrocarbon feed sourcing at the Sweeny / Old Ocean Complex. Subsequently, Henry transitioned to the legal world working as a Patent Agent, where he drafted and prosecuted patents involving drilling, well stimulation, and cementing technologies. Since joining AspenTech in 2021, Henry has worked as a Solution Consultant in the Petroleum Supply Chain team. In his role, Henry works with some of the largest refineries and petrochemical complexes in North America, helping them create sustainable solutions to tackle their supply chain challenges.

Henry holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering with a Minor in Liberal Arts from the University of Wisconsin.
