Joe joined S&P Global in October 2022 bringing 21 years of commercial and operational industry experience, spending 16 years at Helm AG group in numerous roles starting as Methanol Regional Manager to becoming Managing Director of Helm Hong Kong. Last assignment was as Director Chemicals Asia with Helm Asia, Singapore overseeing Helm's Asian chemical distribution that included Methanol, Acetyls, Glycols, Styrene, Ethanolamine, Melamine and others. Joe started his career with Bechtel Power Corporation, USA followed by PETRONAS, Malaysia. Joe is a Malaysian graduated from Purdue University, USA with a Bachelor of Science in Management.
