Kevin Micoine is a research and analysis associate director for the Specialty Chemicals Update Program (SCUP) at S&P Global Commodity Insights. His product coverage includes biocides, catalysts, corrosion inhibitors, cosmetic chemicals, electronic chemicals, green power chemicals, lubricating oil additives, printing inks, paper chemicals, synthetic lubricants, textile chemicals and water management chemicals. Before joining S&P Global in 2023, he worked for 11 years at Evonik for the high-performance polymers and C4 derivatives businesses, where he gained experience in R&D and strategic marketing. Kevin has a master’s degree and PhD in organic chemistry from ESPCI Paris and Université Pierre et Marie Curie, Paris (France).
