For more than three decades, Dr. Rina Quijada has developed a prominent position as an international consultant to the petrochemical industry focusing in Latin America. She was formerly CEO of IntelliChem, Inc. Previously, she worked for CMAI and PDVSA's petrochemical subsidiary, Pequiven.

Dr. Quijada earned a Bachelor of Science in Organic Chemistry from Bryan College, Tennessee, US. She holds a Master of International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, Glendale, Arizona, US and attended the Oxford University master's management program. Dr. Quijada attained her doctorate at Universidad Santa Maria, Venezuela.
