Dr. Shaohua Feng is the Director of Polymers, Asia Pacific, at S&P Global Commodity Insights, leading the development of market research and insights for polymers with a focus on supply/demand forecasting, plastics recycling, and sustainability. Having joined IHS Markit in 2020 as the Director of Chemical Consulting, Dr. Feng brings over two decades of expertise in the petrochemical and specialty chemical sector. His extensive professional journey includes key roles at Singapore's A*STAR, Huntsman, Shell Chemicals, and Eastman Chemical, where he excelled in various positions involving R&D, business development, product management, marketing, sales, and intelligence.

Dr. Feng holds a Ph.D. and B.E. in Chemical Engineering from Tsinghua University, and an M.B.A. from the National University of Singapore.
